For your first Make lead intake workflow

Keep leads organized.
Know the budget first.

For small agencies handling 500+ inquiries a month: plan a spreadsheet entry and a teammate notification before choosing a Make plan.

Already have both steps in your form tool? You may not need Make. This is an estimate and setup draft; confirm your apps and test before activation.

Example: 500 inquiries × 3 standard operations ≈ 1,500 credits/month. At 100 inquiries, the same assumptions give 300. Your account’s other usage also counts.

How does it start?

    Keep your next steps

Take the estimate into your setup.

Copy your estimate, sheet headers, sample inquiry, field mapping and test checklist. The detailed recipe uses an instant Webhook, Google Sheets and an internal Gmail notification. You connect your own apps after reviewing permissions. This is a setup draft, not an importable or tested Make scenario.

    The calculation

    Empty checks count, too.

A polling trigger uses an operation each time it checks for new data, even when there is no new inquiry. Standard non-AI operations generally use one credit each.

    Polling: days × ceil(hours × 60 ÷ interval)
    + inquiries × downstream actions

    Webhook: inquiries × (1 + downstream actions)

    What this estimate covers

One trigger, one bundle per inquiry and standard non-AI actions. Scheduled checks assume the selected window each day. Your exact schedule boundaries can differ.

The workflow estimate excludes retries, variable-credit modules, complex bundles and third-party app fees. The plan decision adds your entered other-workflow credits and active scenario count. The Free allowance is shared across your organization.

    Your calculator inputs

Your inputs are used to calculate the estimate and prepare the checklist in this page’s memory. The calculator does not automatically send them to its server, Make or an AI service. This tool has no email collection or account connection. Its calculator code does not set cookies or retain your inputs between visits. Separate aggregate visitor measurement is described below.

Copy text writes the plan to your clipboard only when you choose it. Browser or AI integrations you choose to use may read the page’s inputs, results or plan. If you use those features or paste the plan into another service, that service’s privacy terms apply.
